This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.
When you use DXF Studio, you may upload DXF files or related files for processing. These files may include geometry, layers, text, blocks, hatches, dimensions, metadata, file names, or other design information contained in the file.
We use uploaded files to provide the service you request, including file repair, hatch creation, geometry cleanup, toolpath optimization, format conversion, preview generation, and output-file creation.
By default, uploaded files are not stored in permanent customer file storage. They are processed temporarily, for example in memory and temporary runtime handling, and are deleted from active processing systems promptly after processing is complete, delivery fails, the session expires, or no later than 24 hours after upload, whichever occurs first.
The only exception is optional, opt-in diagnostic sharing, described in Section 3.
We may generate processed output files, previews, logs, or download files based on your upload.
By default, generated output files and previews are delivered to you during your session and are not stored in permanent customer file storage. They are deleted from active processing systems promptly after delivery, failed delivery, session expiration, or no later than 24 hours after generation, whichever occurs first.
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, company name, support messages, account information, purchase history, and billing-related information.
If you purchase credits, tokens, subscriptions, downloads, or other paid services, payment processing is handled by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive limited payment-related information such as your name, email address, billing information, transaction amount, transaction date, and payment reference.
Our systems and service providers may collect limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, processing status, error codes, diagnostic events, usage events, and security logs.
Standard technical logs are not intended to include uploaded file content, generated output files, or full design geometry. We may retain operational metadata such as timestamps, file size, file type, processing status, error codes, performance data, and system diagnostics.

In some cases, a DXF file may contain unusual formatting, defective geometry, unsupported entities, hatch problems, or machine-compatibility issues. These files can help us diagnose problems and improve DXF Studio.
We retain such a file only if you explicitly opt in for that specific file by checking a clearly labeled box presented at the time the issue occurs or during a support request. Diagnostic sharing is optional and never occurs without your explicit, per-file choice.
If, and only if, you choose to share a file for diagnostics:
When possible, we may create sanitized diagnostic examples or regression-test files that preserve the technical defect while reasonably removing or altering customer-identifying information and design-identifying content.
These sanitized examples may be retained for software testing, quality improvement, parser compatibility, hatch generation, repair logic, and machine-path optimization.
Sanitized examples are not used to reproduce, sell, publish, or disclose customer designs.
You retain ownership of the files you upload and the designs contained in them.
By uploading a file, you grant us a limited right to host, process, analyze, repair, convert, optimize, preview, and deliver the file solely as needed to provide the DXF Studio service, support your request, secure the service, and operate the platform.
If you give permission for diagnostic sharing, you also grant us permission to use the shared file during the diagnostic retention period for troubleshooting, testing, software improvement, and compatibility improvement, and to create sanitized examples as described in Section 3.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files or designs.
DXF Studio is a general-purpose online file-processing service.
Do not upload files unless you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorization to process them through DXF Studio. Do not upload unauthorized third-party copyrighted material.
Do not upload files that contain classified information, export-controlled technical data, ITAR/EAR-controlled or other military or defense technical data, highly confidential trade secrets, sensitive personal data, medical information, financial information, or other regulated information unless you have a separate written agreement with us that specifically permits such uploads.
You are responsible for deciding whether a file is appropriate to upload to an online service. If your file is highly confidential, proprietary, or subject to special legal controls, you should not upload it to the standard online service.
We do not sell personal information or uploaded file content.

Service providers are permitted to use information only as needed to provide services to us, subject to their applicable contractual and legal obligations.
We retain different types of information for different periods:
You may contact us to request deletion of personal information or files associated with your account or support request, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, and operational requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we handle. These measures may include access controls, secure transmission, restricted file access, private storage, monitoring, and deletion procedures.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for deciding whether a file is appropriate to upload to an online service.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account or email address.
You may also request deletion of files you have shared for diagnostic purposes, where applicable and where we are able to identify the files.

DXF Studio may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary to operate the service, remember preferences, maintain sessions, process transactions, measure performance, detect errors, improve reliability, and protect against abuse.
If DXF Studio uses analytics, advertising, tracking, or other non-essential technologies, we will describe those technologies and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.
DXF Studio is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy as DXF Studio evolves. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date and post the revised policy on the website.
